General Information
ASTRO ALL ASIA NETWORKS plc (the Company) and its subsidiaries (collectively the Group) are principally engaged in investment holding and the provision of Direct-to-
Home subscription television services, radio broadcasting services, film library licensing, multi-media interactive services, magazine publishing, Malaysian film production,
talent management, and television content creation, aggregation and distribution. There was no significant change in the nature of these activities during the financial year.
The Company is a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales under the United Kingdom Companies Act, 1985 and is registered as a foreign company in
Malaysia under the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965 and has tax resident status in Malaysia.
