We wish to announce that the Company has on 2 May 2008 received a notification of change in interest in the shares of the Company from Employees Provident Fund Board ("EPF"), a substantial shareholder of the Company. The particulars of change as notified are set out in Table 1 ("Changes").

Immediately prior to the said Changes, EPF had a direct beneficial equity interest in 106,566,800 AAAN shares representing 5.51% of the total issued share capital of the Company. The said Changes have resulted in an increase in EPF's interest in the shares of the Company to 106,666,800 AAAN shares representing 5.52% of the total share capital of the Company. The said 106,666,800 AAAN shares as at today are registered in the name of various registered holders as set out in Table 2.
